Full maintenance and service package

Maintenance

The Scraegg unit is so simple it only needs regular cleaning to keep it functioning well. It is fitted with two failsafes – one ensures the water reservoir is not running low and the other to warn users if it’s not correctly inserted. It takes eight minutes to get warm after powering up and then it's good to go for the day.
If any other problems do arise, our 24/7 Helpdesk will help you resolve them quickly and efficiently. If not, one of our trained service engineers will visit you on site to get you up and running again as swiftly as possible.

PSSR

The Scraegg steam-cook system requires an annual inspection to ensure continued safe use. Eurofood engineers are all PSSR qualified, competent and happy to assist. Once the test has been completed and passed, all documentation is uploaded with an easy link for customer reference. The test will involve a machine strip-down and testing of the boiler and thermostat followed by full reassembly. This process takes approximately one hour. Once the test is complete our engineers will leave the machine ready for use.
